A few things we can answer quickly
- Where is my kit? Kits go out first-come, first-served as donations allow. If you have been waiting a long time, write and we will tell you where you stand.
- Delete my data. Email us and we will delete the intake details we hold. Genetic data held by the testing partner must be deleted through them — see the Privacy Policy.
- Can you tell me if I am Jewish? No — and nobody who tells you a DNA test can is being straight with you. We can help you research your family history.
- Legal or immigration advice. We cannot give it. For citizenship or Law of Return questions, consult a qualified immigration lawyer.
We do not publish a phone number or postal address. Email is the way to reach us.
